Mission: Democratizing leadership so that anyone, anywhere, can lead meaningful adaptive change.
Creating the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible requires strengthening the “heart of democracy”. That is, skills for convening and holding space in life-affirming ways - especially in times of transition, conflict, and possibility. In other words, democratizing leadership.
Working with grassroots activists in the US and India, the Democratizing Leadership Initiative (DLI) launched alongside the release of the documentary, Son of a Sweeper, and the book, Your Leadership Moment. DLI convenes and builds capacity to tackle critical adaptive challenges of our times.
