Adaptive Leadership is a practical framework developed at Harvard University for leading change, particularly during times of times of transition, uncertainty and possibility. This experiential workshop covers the foundational ideas and practices of Adaptive Leadership.
Schedule
The workshop takes place over four intensive 1/2 days. Participants receive coaching before and after the workshop, and become members of a worldwide community of adaptive leadership practitioners.
